Making Our Way To Lumpkin - Visits with Our Immigrant Neighbors in Detention

In 2019, a dedicated group of North Carolinians journeyed to a detention center in rural Georgia to visit detained men and remind them they are not forgotten. This collection of the travelers' essays offer impressions and insights of how those journeys brought them to a seemingly hopeless situation only to show them the enduring qualities of the human spirit.
