Nova, the daughter of a US congressman, is pretty, privileged, and persuasive. Embarrassed by her father's political abuse of power and her mother's onset submissiveness, she finds solace in her secret job as a ghostwriter for one of the nation's top media outlets, working to unveil the injustices in America's urban communities.
